Autobio LUMO is a state of the art microplate luminometer,designed to meet the demanding requirements of todays microplate based, glow luminescence applications.

diagnostics background of Autobio in China,LUMO is the result of a development making best use of synergies across the globe and our commitment to quality.

Very low crosstalk
LUMO incorporates a sophisticated, adaptive positioning system, keeping the detector as close as possible above the sample to eliminate instrument related crosstalk and make
optimum use of LUMOs high sensitivity and dynamic.

Speed
It takes typically less than 40 seconds to read a 96-well plate at 0.1 sec integration time.

Accomodates 96- and 48-well microplates
The plate carrier system is designed to accomodate all kinds of 96- and 48-well microplates without an additional adaptor required

Autosoft - control and evaluation software
LUMO comes with Autosoft, Autobios state of the art, Windows® based software, designed to control our full range of instruments. The flexible function levels of Autosoft allow test
programming and data evaluation protocols covering the range from routine to complex scientific research.

Autosoft provides the following features:
User Administration with 2 different authorization levels.
Quantitative evaluation: Curve fits (linear regression, point to
point, cubic spline and 4 parameter fit) with linear and
logarithmic axis scaling and extrapolation options.
Qualitative analysis: based on up to 2 different cut off values
can be used to assign samples to up to 5 different groups.
Assay validation to verify correct assay performance.
Data Storage in database or text file.
Multi-test evaluation for up to 12 different assays on one plate.
Internal Quality Control: LJ- and instant method are available.
QC Data can be added automatically or manually.
Matrix and assay list print out on multiple paper formats.

Robot integration
The accurate front loading mechanism which releases the plate in load position, its compact design and its reliability makes LUMO the ideal choice for integration into robotic systems.
